STAGE 1

Intake

Every incoming paddy lot is tested for moisture, foreign matter, and grain grade at our facility gate. Lots failing our intake standards are rejected before milling.

No off-spec paddy enters your supply chain.

STAGE 2

Milling & Sorting

Modern milling, whitening, and polishing equipment produces uniform grain size. Optical colour sorters remove discoloured, damaged, and foreign grains automatically.

Consistent whiteness, colour, and broken % in every shipment.

STAGE 3

Pre-Dispatch Lab Testing

Every finished batch is tested in our in-house laboratory: moisture meter, whiteness meter, broken % analysis, and foreign matter sieve before it is cleared for packing.

Your container matches the spec sheet agreed at order stage. No surprises on arrival.

STAGE 4

Documentation

APEDA certification, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, quality certificate, and GACC registration documents are prepared per shipment.
